Ever get the error message in Photoshop that says, “Could not complete your request because the file-format module cannot parse the file.” ? This video will show you one way to solve it, and open your damaged file. What may have happened is that the file extension was changed in the file name even though it is not that type of file. Example: If I rename Photo.jpg to say Photo.png I might get this error message in Photoshop.
